Assistant or Associate Professor of Instruction in Art Therapy, Non-Tenure Track
Tyler School of Art and Architecture invites applications for a non-tenure track appointment to the Art Therapy Program in the Department of Art Education and Community Arts Practices to start fall, 2023. The appointment length is 1 or 2 years, and the appointment is renewable. The department invites applications for a full-time faculty position to teach courses in our undergraduate B.A. in Art Therapy program and coordinate fieldwork placements. We seek an art therapist with a broad knowledge of clinical and studio art therapy practices with individuals, groups, families, and communities. The successful applicant will have the demonstrated ability to effectively teach and mentor students with a broad range of ability levels within undergraduate and graduate art therapy programs.
